Considering the limited number of seats the Ministry of Education reserve the right to choose the participants. The event will be held in the ground floor at \u201cWhite Hall\u201d of the main academic building of 糖心logo入口 at 04:30pm.\u00a0 (Baku, Istiglaliyyat str. 6). There is no dress code for the lecture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The lecture is planned to be shot by \u201cEducation\u201d TV and broadcast in the Internet resources of the Ministry of Education.
