She drew to attention although the first Democratic Republic in the East had existed only 23 months it laid the foundation of great political, economic and cultural events in the history of our independence. Reminding the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev\u2019s words \u201cToday we can say with full confidence that Azerbaijan state, independent Republic of Azerbaijan is a successor of the People\u2019s Republic established in 1918, H.Gadimova highlighted that as a result of successful policy conducted by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijan proved its independence to the world and laid the foundation of our independence forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Teaching staff of the branch, Rena Aliyeva made a speech on \u201cFirst Democratic Republic in the East\u201d. The speaker brought to attention that the first democratic republic in the Muslim East-Azerbaijan People\u2019s Republic appeared as a logical result of centuries-old socio-economic, socio-political and cultural development of our country and the processes of national awakening and revival of our people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Event went on with a literary and artistic composition performed by the students of the branch.
