She was born on July 6, 1975, in Duzgirikhli village of Tovuz region. Having received the first 3 years of his secondary education at the village school No. 1, he completed his secondary education at the Sumgayit city secondary school No. 28 with a mathematics bias. After finishing secondary school in 1992, she enteredthe faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology oflogo, majoring in Economic Theory, and in 1997 graduated as an economist and economic theory teacher. In 1997, she worked as a laboratory assistant at the department of History of Economic Trainings of the Institute of Economics of Azerbaijan NationalAcademy of Sciences.
From 1998 to 2000 she was a senior laboratory assistant at the “General Economics” department of the Baku State Commodity-Commercial Institute; From 2000 to 2003 she worked as an assistant in this department, from 2003 to 2011 she worked as a full-time assistant at the “Economic Theory” department of the logo of Economics. Since 2012, she has been working as a full-time lecturer at the same department.

She has prepared 20 scientific articles, one of which was published in a scientific journal in Dnepro, Ukraine, one in the journal of the Scopus index on the anniversary of logo, and the other in the journal of Scientific and International Conferences held at various universities in the country.
