He visited Shamkir region on August 1, 1963.
He graduated from the Azerbaijan Institute of Technology in 1988.
From 1990 he worked as a Methodist at the same institute.
Since 1994, he has worked as a senior laboratory assistant, laboratory manager, assistant and senior lecturer at the Baku Commercial Institute of Commodity Science.

At present, he is a senior lecturer at the “Technological machines and field equipment” department of the ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics.
He is the author of more than 25 scientific and methodical works.
He has a child.
