The Zagatala Branch of ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú announces admission for paid second higher education in the following specialties for the 2025/2026 academic year:

  • 050406 Finance
  • 050405 Economics
  • 050409 Accounting
  • 050408 Management
  • 050404 Public and Municipal Administration
  • 050616 Information Technologies
  • 050402 Business Administration
  • 050407 Marketing
  • 050810 Tourism and Hospitality Management

Applications for second higher education are accepted only electronically via the following websites:

Those who wish to apply for the listed programs must first upload the required documents to , and then to . Applicants who meet the relevant criteria will gain the right to pursue second higher education.

Document submission will take place from May 26 to August 31, 2025.

Applicants must submit the following documents electronically:

  • Application addressed to the Director
  • Notarized copy of the higher education diploma (along with the diploma supplement)
  • Photo (size 3×4 cm)
  • Copy of the identity card

NOTE: Individuals who received higher education abroad after 1993 can only be admitted to second higher education at the university after their diplomas are officially recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
