She was born on June 7, 1975, in Baku.
She entered Western University in 1992.
She graduated from Western University in 1996.
In 1998 she entered the master’s program of ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics.
In 2000 she graduated from ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿ÚÂ with a master’s degree.

Since 2000, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department of ‘’Tax and Taxation’’.
In 2004, she became a graduate student of  ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics.
In 2008 she defended her thesis. She is a candidate of economic sciences.
She worked as a lecturer and senior lecturer at the University of Economics.
She is currently an instuktor of the department of “Finance and accounting”.
Married and has two children.
