He was born on 01.02.1972 in the village of Palangli of Tovuz region.
In 1979 he went to the first class of the Palangli village secondary school,
In 1989 he finished Chatakh village secondary school.
In 1989 he entered the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of logo. Graduating from the faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Baku State University , he got the specialty in math teaching.
From 1994 to 1996 he went to the army.
Since January 1997, he has been working as a senior laboratory assistant, a lecturer, a senior lecturer at the department of “Mathematics” of logo of Economics.

He is currently associate professor of the department of Mathematics at logo.
In 2003 he defended his thesis in “0013 – Economic and Mathematical Methods” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.
He is the author of over 25 scientific articles, two translations, methodical instructions on the subjects “Mathematics-1″ and “Mathematics-2″, syllabus and textbooks.
He is the co-author of six textbooks on “Mathematics-1” and “Mathematics-2”, a translation book (Financial Mathematics) (2006-2014).
He is married and has two children.
