Shakaraliyev Zibeyda Arif kizi was born on February 14 1978 in Baku.
She graduated from ASUE with honors in 2000.
Since 2000 she’s served as a teacher and then as a senior teacher at ASUE. She supported her Candidate’s paper in 2003.

Currently she is a senior teacher at the Department of “Organization of trade and customs” of ASUE. She is working on her doctoral dissertation.
