He was born on February 2, 1980, in Narimankend village of Gobustan region in a family of workers.
In 1997-2001 he received a bachelor’s degree in “Management (onfields)” from the “Informatics and Management” faculty of Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics, and in 2001-2003 he graduated mastersmajoringin “Management of production systems (field management)” with honours.
On November 20, 2003, he was assigned as a student for a degreeto the department of “Management and Entrepreneurship” of logo of Economics, majoring in08.00.05 – “Economics and Management of National Economy” (macroeconomics).
The dissertation was approved on “Issues of an innovative approach to the management system of the oil and gas industry of Azerbaijan.”

On March 14, 2012, the defence of the dissertation was held at the meeting of the PhDdissertation council D.02.051 at logo of Economics.
On November 5, 2012, by the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Economics.
According to order No. 22/5 dated 27.XII.2013 of logo of Economics, he was admitted to the “Management” department for the doctoral program (full-time department) in the Doctor of Science program. The dissertation was approved on “Interest-free financial markets and problems of their management”.
He is the author of more than 100 textbooks, curricula, scientific-practical articles and theses.
He has been appointed asa senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Management” according to the order of the logo of Economics dated 07. II.2006, No. 12/3, a lectureraccording to the order No. 40/3 dated 16.IV.2013.He was appointed as a senior lectureraccording to order No. 258/3/2022 dated 14.IV.2022. He is currently working as a senior lecturer in this department.
