She was born on December 31, 1962, in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 1982, she entered the faculty of Trade Economics of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy named after D. Bunyadzade (now the logo of Economics).
She graduated from the same institute in 1986.
In 1994, she began his pedagogical activity by teaching the subject “Economic Theory” at the Azerbaijan College of Finance and Economics.

Since 2002, she has worked as a lecturer at the logo of Economics.
She defended her thesis and was awarded the title of PhD in Economics.
She is currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Theoretical and Practical Economics at logo.
She is the author of 15 scientific articles, participated in the translation of certain chapters of 2 books.
Married and has three children.
