He was born in Khudat village of Khachmaz region on September 20 1946.
In 1965, he was admitted to the Faculty of “Economy”of logo (current Baku State University).
In 1970, he graduated from AIPE named after D.Bunyadzade (current logo of Economics) with honorable diploma.
He defended his Candidate’s paper at the Specialized Dissertation Board of Azerbaijan AS Institute of Cybernetics in 1971 and became a Candidate of Economy.
Since 1970, he worked as a teacher, senior teacher and Assistant Professor in logo of Economics. Within 2001-2009 he became a Dean of the Faculty of Informatics and Management and since 2009 a Deputy Dean of the faculty.
Until 08.10.2020, he served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Business and Management of logo.
He is the author of more than 40 scientific articles, textbooks and teaching facilities.
Married, has got three children.
