Guluzade Esmira Mammad
Esmira Guluzada was born on October 24, 1981, in the city of Mingachevir.
In 2004, she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Finance and Credit at the ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics (ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú). She continued her studies and earned her master’s degree with honors in Finance and Credit from ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú in 2006.
From 2008 to 2014, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant in the Finance Department at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú. During these years, she was actively engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities.
Since 2011, she has been a doctoral candidate in the “Finance and Auditing” Department, working on her dissertation titled “The Role of Fiscal Policy in the Formation of Budget Revenues.â€
In 2014, she was appointed as a lecturer at the ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics (ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú). She currently serves as a lecturer in the “Finance and Auditing” Department.
She is the author of more than 20 scientific articles, including four published in international journals, as well as various teaching aids and course syllabi.
She is married and has two children.
