She was born on November 26, 1975 in Baku.
In 1998, she graduated from the faculty of International Relations of Khazar University with a bachelor’s degree;
In 2000, she graduated from the faculty of Law with a master’s degree.
In 2010, she received PhD in political science.
Work experience:
1998 – 2001 – Teacher at the Baku-Planned Economics College;
2001 – 2012 – Senior laboratory assistant at the department of “Law” of logo of Economics;
2012 – nowadays – teacher at the department of “Economic Law” of logo of Economics.
Scientific works:
He is the author of more than 100 scientific articles and 2 monographs.
Married and has two children.
