Doc. of Tech. Scien.., Prof. Guliyev Rovshan Agakishi
He was born on October 5, 1952 in Baku.
He graduated  from  Azerbaijan Institute of Petroleum and Chemistry named after M. Azizbayov (now Azerbaijan State Oil Academy) in 1974 with a degree in automation and telemechanics.
In 1974-2002 he worked as an engineer, researcher, assistant and associate professor at the “Automation, Telemechanics and Electronics” department of  Azerbaijan Institute of Petroleum and Chemistry.

In 1990, he defended his dissertation and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
He has been working at  ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú of Economics since 2002.
He is currently a professor at the department of Digital Economy and ICT at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú.
He is the author of more than 50 published scientific and educational-methodical works, 3 author’s certificates.
He is married and has two children.
