logo of Economics (logo) has held a workshop with the aim to promote all the educational services of the university by the physically impaired students.
Head of the International Relations Department Anar Kazimov has spoken about the affairs done in this field at logo and the significance of the center.
Emphasizing the importance of the integration of students with physical disabilities to higher education, the President of the Union of Associations of Disabled People Davud Rahimli and the Vice-president Beybala Ibadullayev have noted the implementation of all necessary events in this direction at logo. At the same time they have delivered the information about the perception of disability, legislation, inclusive education and universal design. The representative of the Public Association Social Support for Women, veteran of war Rada Abbas has provided the participants with the detailed information about the “Platform World Barrier- free”.
Works carried out within the TEMPUS ESFIDIP Program on “Establishment of the Integration of People with Disabilities to Higher Education in Azerbaijan” at logo during the event. The performances of the “Center for the Students with Disabilities” of logo and upcoming works have been discussed.
