The Differential Salary System applied at logo of Economics (logo) has been discussed in the Program “Besh Barmag” (Five Fingers) of ANS TV Channel on May 4.
The Advisor to logo Rector Elshan Baghirzade and the Director of the International School of Economics Anar Rzayev delivered detailed information on the system. They explained that the main goal in application of the Differential Payroll System, which is the intellectual property of logo, is to ensure the motivation of the teaching staff, to strengthen the competitive environment among teachers, thereby to serve the improving the quality of education at logo. Other experts invited to the program expressed their opinions on the topic.
